I’m Rachel - a senior product manager who never really fit into just one box. I’ve always lived in the space between design and engineering, business needs and user pain points. That’s where the magic happens. Whether I’m sketching out flows, mapping API logic or scoping features across a dozen retailers, I’m focused on one thing: making complex systems feel seamless.

I built my foundation in high-stakes mobile commerce apps, where every detail matters and no two tenants are ever quite the same. Over the years, I helped shape everything from consumer-facing loyalty experiences to backend tools that power entire app ecosystems. My proudest work? Leading App Factory - a 0→1 platform that let us turn what used to be 6–12 month builds into fully configured apps in under 12 weeks.

I’ve worked across web, mobile and platform layers, supporting everything from ACH payments and POS integrations to flexible onboarding flows and EV charging sessions. I thrive in ambiguity, love collaborating with cross-functional teams and get a weird amount of joy out of simplifying things others consider too messy to touch.

Outside of work, I’m a foodie and traveler at heart, never far from an iced latte. I love experimenting with new tech and AI tools - half for fun, half because I can’t resist trying to build something new. Add in two mischievous rescue dogs, and you’ve got a pretty accurate picture: curious, caffeinated and always iterating.
